The Plumbing Joint stands out in class, service, and honesty among all the plumbing companies that I called around. I had a bathtub drain leak in my 2nd floor condo, a random J&M plumbing sent by the condo's HOA took a video clip and gave me a outrageous quote to replace the drain pipe which already has the wall opened from the downstair. I am very handy around the house myself so I understand the scope of work but I am out of town at the moment and felt like I am being taken advantaged off by that plumber. I then called around sharing the clip with a bunch of plumbing companies, the plumbing joint is the ONLY company who would take a serious look, and provided a very reasonable quote. All the other companies, in my opinion, were either incompetent or inexperienced to understand the problem. They all insisted to come on site inspection to just get a quote which in my case is inconvenient because it requires arranging appointments with the residents in the below unit, and is also inefficient given I have already shared a video clip. Working with the Plumbing Joint's office manager was fantastic, (s)he is on point, highly professional, polite and responsive. The technican came out on the next day, everything was done efficiently, the most amazing part was that the repair was completed in half of the time of the initial estimate, which IMO is HIGHLY HONEST. Most plumbing companies would just go with the estimate instead of the actual work performed. They did not intend to take advantage of me being out of town at the moment. I saved over $1K working with Plumbing Joint compared to the random plumber. In summary, The Plumbing Joint gave me +Time and money savings. +Experience is outstanding. +High honesty and integrity that are very rare in these days. Next time around, I won't need to call around and will just reach out to The Plumbing Joint directly.

I called about a kitchen sink clog; the person who answered the phone was very nice, and they were able to send someone out the next day. Aaron was really friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, and he did really quality work! I so appreciate him solving my kitchen sink problem!!

I had a broken pipe - I called The Plumbing Joint and they were able to come and locate the leak and do the repair very efficiently and quickly. I had a different broken pipe two years earlier (old house!) and while using a different company that took days to locate the leak, and after jack hammering the driveway discovered they had the wrong location so ended up with 2 patches on my driveway and a crazy expensive bill. The Plumbing Joint was so much more efficient and cheaper. Will definitely call them again when I need any plumbing work or repairs done.

The Plumbing Joint came out the day I called them. I had a leak in my garage ceiling. The cause was discovered quickly and fixed effectively. I was very impressed with the service, and will call them if I need help again. I highly recommend The Plumbing Joint.

The record low temperatures caused a couple pipes to freeze. I was able to make an appointment for Monday Morning! Arron showed up on time, crawled under the house, confirmed there was no damage from the freeze and added some insulation. That same weekend an electric outlet blew - which upon inspection was due to a different drain that sprang a leak with the freezing weather - So I called The Plumbing Joint and they were able to send Arron out a couple of days later to figure out where that leak was coming from. He was very thorough, even going up in the attic to ensure water wasn't coming down the exhaust pipe. We've since pinpointed where the leak is and he will be back this week to fix it. Arron is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and ideas. Ashley the scheduler is so pleasant and helpful. I have used them periodically over the last 20 years and will continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.

Good experience today. Had a nasty problem with a broken drain pipe below the kitchen, really weird thing to happen, down in the crawl space and up against the wall. I know a few basic plumbing fixes but this one stumped my amateur mind. Dakota came and sized it up right away. He knew just how to deal with it and had it done within an hour. Very positive experience from start to finish.

This was an emergency request of a broken pipe during the freeze in the afternoon of a Tuesday. I called to request a service based on the 7 x 24 hour promoted on the website. During the service request I didn’t think to ask when we might receive service. In the evening I called again twice. On the last call I was informed everyone had gone home. The next day I called and got a specific appointment window for Wednesday evening. On Wednesday we were informed service would arrive mid day. We were delighted to receive service in mid morning, which took less than 1/2 hour. Problem solved.

They sent a $50 off coupon in the mail that expired on 12/31/22. Thanks to the pen scratch added it now expires on 12/31/23. So to redeem this generous offer we have less than 3 weeks to request additional plumbing service.
